What times?

Great work guys to get this site up and running! I will be attending the meetup, but have a question about the actual times when it all starts.
When do you plan to start the 'official program' on Friday? This because then I know for which time to book a flight.
And I assume that most people will travel back on Sunday evening (well, I will at least).

No particular time, but dinner time Friday night strikes me as a good target. Leaving Sunday afternoon or evening also seems reasonable.
Anyone here or earlier or later is welcome to get in touch with me, we can go out and shoot some of the cooler parts of town that aren't neccessarily tourist destinations.

I've already booked the flights. We (ntfxs and me) are arriving on thursday at 14.20 and leaving monday at 17.15.

Excellent. Some of us will also be there, we can get together for a dinner in a fun part of town if you want. Post something on this forum once you've checked in to your hotel.

Yes, send the fax, or call them. I like them, I think they are nice people, and it is a good hotel.

I've booked flights and have just received confirmation from the Ellington, so i guess i'm all set too. I arrive Friday morning and leave Sunday evening.
Looks like there'll be a good turn out for this, really looking forward to it.

No direct flights ! Not even low-fare. I checked and re-checked. There are 1700 km from Bucharest to Berlin. I think
we'll spend one night in Arad or Budapest, and we'll arrive in Berlin
friday afternoon. We usually drive across Europe every summer so we are
used with it. For sure we'll have couple of drinks after 1700 km trip !
I'll bring some selfmade tuica from my aunt :)
